4.1. Standard Rugs: Customers may return unused standard rugs within 30 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4.2. Custom Rugs: Custom-made rugs cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
4.3. All returns must be pre-authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained by contacting us at blunarug@gmail.com.
