1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Standard Rugs:

  • Refunds are available for standard rugs returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The rug(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging and labels intact.
    1.2. Custom Rugs:
  • Custom rugs cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

2. Refund Process

2.1. Request a Return Authorization:

  • To initiate a refund, please email us at blunarug@gmail.com and include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for your return.
    2.2. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can assist in arranging affordable shipping options upon request.
  • All returns must be shipped to our Canadian warehouse, and the return address will be provided with the RMA instructions.
    2.3. Inspection and Refund Approval:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the returned item meets the eligibility requirements mentioned above.

3. Refund Amount

3.1. Refunds will be processed for the original purchase price of the item(s).
3.2. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

4. Refund Timeline

4.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned rug(s).
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom rugs (unless defective).
  • Rugs returned damaged, used, or without original packaging.
